When you participate in market research conducted by our organization, you can be confident that any personal information that you share with us will stay with us. Any personal information we collect will be used only for the purpose for which it is intended and consent has been provided for, such as conducting marketing research or contacting panelists about upcoming research opportunities.
Consent can be provided orally, in writing, electronically or it can be implied where the purpose for collecting, using or disclosing the personal information would be considered obvious and the personal information for that purpose is voluntarily provided.
Personal information will be deleted when no longer required for its stated purpose.
Any time you participate as a respondent in one of our surveys, whether online, telephone, mail or in-person, you can be assured that your individual responses will be kept confidential and never linked to your personal identifying information without your express permission. Your personal identifying information will NEVER be sold to anyone. You are free to choose whether or not to participate in a survey, free to choose not to answer any specific questions and free to discontinue participation at any time.
Any information retained is protected by a combination of physical security (e.g., keys, alarms, cameras), digital security (e.g., passwords, encryption, firewalls), and policy-related security (e.g., restricted access only to individuals who need to access the information).
